The picture you see is a piece I am currently working on. A few years ago, I would not have believed I would be able to do this. It's an in-process piece using three new tangles I just learned. All of the tangles were created by Certified Zentangle® Teachers around the world.
The border tangle is from Taiwan, the iris looking flower is from Germany and the delicate background plant is from Spain. When I say they are from, I mean the Certified Zentangle® Teacher is from that country. I have put my own flare and unique qualities to them as I am working on this piece.
I taught ten new tangles to my Tangle Zone group today and it was so interesting to see what everyone was creating. We so love our time together. It's a two-hour class each work and I feel like we could keep creating for much longer. It is the most relaxing and beneficial art method that I know of because of its focus, flow, and you cannot make mistakes. No erasers allowed!
